You are made of Stardust
What has previously been considered a myth has now been proven by scientists to be the truth - we are indeed made of stardust. Humans and their galaxy have about 97% of the same kind of atoms. The carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms in our bodies, as well as atoms of all other heavy elements, were created in previous generations of stars over 4.5 billion years ago.
Since humans, animals and most of the matter on Earth contain these elements, we are literally made of stardust.
As the astronomer Carl Sagan once said "We are a way for the universe to know itself. Some part of our being knows this is where we came from. We long to return. And we can, because the cosmos is also within us. We're made of star stuff".
Every atom in your body is stardust and you are an intimate part of the whole universe. You are the creation of the Universe.
Human Experience
Unfortunately, when we incarnate in a human body we lose all the knowledge of who we truly are, where we came from and what our purpose on Planet Earth is. That's when the game begins - we are given a name, nationality, race, gender, religion, values, etc. We then try to manoeuvre through life and fit in this world by following standardised guidelines of what is 'right' and 'wrong', 'good' and 'bad', 'normal' and 'abnormal'.
Instead of searching for our Unique Light we disconnect from our essence by making misaligned choices, which leads to struggle, lack, illness as well as negative karmic patterns that haunt us lifetime after lifetime until we make a choice to reconnect with our Starlight and come back home to our true selves.
